My mission is to provide a warm and supportive space for individuals to reach their full potential for wellness.

As a professor of health sciences, health and wellness coach, and athlete, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to our work together. Together, we look at the full wellness picture: eating patterns, movement, sleep, stress, recovery, social connections, motivation, confidence, support, and accountability. You are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you clarify what matters most to you and take sustainable next steps to work towards your wellness vision.

I intentionally keep my coaching practice small so each of my clients receives thoughtful, individualized support.

Laura offers individualized health coaching for clients who want thoughtful, realistic support with health behavior changein areas such as:

  •  eating patterns and relationship with food

  • lifestyle change for chronic disease management and risk reduction

  • body composition and strength-related goals for optimal performance

  • stress, sleep, recovery, and self-care routines

  • habit change during busy and/or transitional seasons of life

Coaching sessions are collaborative conversations meant to help you better understand your patterns, clarify your goals, strengthen motivation, and create sustainable action steps.

Clarity Sessions

This option includes:

  • initial consultation

  • one-week habit log

  • review of eating patterns, movement, sleep, recovery, stress, and lifestyle routines

  • one-hour follow-up coaching session

  • self-identified action steps

  • general, non-prescriptive wellness recommendations

This is a good fit if you want a thoughtful review of your current habits and a clear starting point for change.

Price - $300

Short-Term Coaching Reset

This option includes:

  • all components of the Clarity Sessions

  • three follow-up coaching sessions over one month

  • support with goal setting, reflection, planning, and accountability

  • strategies for navigating real-life challenges such as busy schedules, travel, social events, holidays, or changing routines

This is a good fit if you want short-term structure and support as you build momentum.

Price - $600

Coaching Partnership

This option includes:

  • weekly coaching sessions over three months

  • ongoing support for more complex or longer-term goals

  • reflection, accountability, and adaptive planning

  • support through transitions, performance goals, body composition goals, or lifestyle changes

This is a good fit if you want a sustained partnership and deeper behavior-change support.

Price - $1000

Health coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process focused on behavior change, self-awareness, goal setting, and accountability. Coaching is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.

When appropriate, Laura encourages collaboration with or may refer to physicians, therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.
