As a professor of health sciences, health and wellness coach, and athlete, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to our work together. Together, we look at the full wellness picture: eating patterns, movement, sleep, stress, recovery, social connections, motivation, confidence, support, and accountability. You are the expert in your own life. My role is to help you clarify what matters most to you and take sustainable next steps to work towards your wellness vision.

Short-Term Coaching Reset
This option includes:
all components of the Clarity Sessions
three follow-up coaching sessions over one month
support with goal setting, reflection, planning, and accountability
strategies for navigating real-life challenges such as busy schedules, travel, social events, holidays, or changing routines
This is a good fit if you want short-term structure and support as you build momentum.

Coaching Partnership
This option includes:
weekly coaching sessions over three months
ongoing support for more complex or longer-term goals
reflection, accountability, and adaptive planning
support through transitions, performance goals, body composition goals, or lifestyle changes
This is a good fit if you want a sustained partnership and deeper behavior-change support.

Health coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process focused on behavior change, self-awareness, goal setting, and accountability. Coaching is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
When appropriate, Laura encourages collaboration with or may refer to physicians, therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals.
