Level one involves two steps: first, the client completes a habit log over a one-week time period, in which Laura can gain a deep understanding of how sleep, nutrition, eating and exercise patterns, and lifestyle impact the client's life.  The habit log is then analyzed by Laura and discussed over a one-hour chat.  Clients leave this session with at least one action step to take to improve health and wellness as well as a holistic overview of general recommendations for optimal personal nutrition, fitness and recovery behaviors. The ideal candidate for this level is fairly well self-directed and is looking for an improved perspective on how behaviors impact overall health.
